On Wednesday, September 11, we will be offering flu shots. If you have the following insurance, you will be eligible for a free flu shot:
- Most Medicare Part D plans
- Humana Gold and Gold Plus
-People's Health
- Wellcare
- Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana
- Cigna Healthsprings
-Tricare
If you do not have insurance, flu shots are priced as follows:
Fluzone HD $69.99
Fluzone Quad $33.90
You must bring a valid drivers license or photo ID and your insurance card.
