Elmwood Fitness Center at Heritage Plaza is our newest facility, with 17,000 square feet. Heritage Plaza combines the equipment and services of a large club with the friendly, personal atmosphere and excellent service of a small club.

Our Heritage club features men's and women's whirlpools, saunas, and steam rooms, an indoor pool, and complete lines of Body Masters, Hammer Strength, and Keiser equipment. We also offer a wide variety of cardiovascular equipment and group classes, including Spinning®, Body Pump®, Kickboxing, yoga and more. After your workout, treat yourself to a smoothie, supplement bar, or a relaxing massage.

Heritage members may use the Harahan facility for no charge from noon on Friday through Sunday evenings.
