Come meet others with a love for swimming and join the Masters Swim Team for a free one week trial.
Masters offers swimming workouts for all abilities ages 18 and up. The practices offer a great way, no matter your level of fitness, to challenge yourself with other swimmers. Swimming has and continues to be promoted by physicians as a great exercise.
We will have a breakfast social following the Saturday morning practice at 10:30am on November 11th in the auditorium. This is a good opportunity to socialize and get to know members of the team. Location to be sent at a later date.
All Ochsner Fitness Center members are welcome to attend practice at any of the following times:
Monday / Wednesday / Friday - 5:30am - 7:00am
Monday - Thursday - 6:15pm - 7:30pm
Saturday - 9:00am - 10:30am
All practices and the Friday swim will be held in the outdoor 8-lane heated pools.
